Presentation of the Warrior of the Year Award



Winston Perry presented the 2008 Warrior of the Year Award to Al Grubman. Since retiring in 2004, Al has worked tirelessly to protect the waters of Citrus County. He is currently President of TOO FAR, an organization dedicated to protecting the environment in Citrus, Levy, Sumpter and Hernando Counties. Al is a registered professional engineer, a retired Army officer and a retired businessman who has led many multi-million dollar projects. He is an avid outdoorsman and a practical environmentalist committed to sustainable growth.
